Our semi-classical program offers a unique blend of traditional and contemporary dance forms, incorporating elements of classical ballet and modern styles. Yoga & Meditaion

Flexibility is a main role while we consider our body, and mind also having a very vital role in our life. Managing both can be done by doing yoga and meditation, which greatly benefits our Lasya Sakhi session and helps us perform well. Yoga helps improve flexibility, enhance concentrated focus, and achieve a sense of peace. Meditation aids in calming the mind, reducing stress, and fostering a deeper connection to ourselves.

We are providing a personalized diet chart tailored to individual body types and daily routines. This program helps you achieve greater stability and productivity, allowing you to approach tasks with a positive mindset.

In our Lasya Saghi program, there are weekly 2 days dedicated to fitness, aimed at improving physical strength and stamina. This boost in fitness brings confidence to the participants, allowing them to perform exercises at home. We guide an easy and effective way to exercise at home using materials we believe are not typically useful.
